Cesspool Powersports LLC ("Cesspool," "we," "us," or "our"), doing business as Cesspool Powersports, operates https://cesspower.com (the "Site") — including Cesspool Shop, Find a Dealer, reviews, news, and partner application flows — and provides hosted dealer websites and related services to independent partners. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit the Site or interact with us. It should be read together with our Terms of Service.

Information we collect

• Contact & inquiry data — name, email, phone, company, city/state, and messages you submit through contact, partner application, or lead forms.
• Marketplace activity — search filters, pages viewed, and referral paths on Shop and Find a Dealer (via standard analytics and server logs).
• Technical data — IP address, browser type, device identifiers, operating system, and approximate location derived from IP.
• Cookies & similar technologies — see Cookies below.
• Partner & client data — business contact details, inventory feeds, brand assets, and project materials provided under a service agreement.

How we use information

• Operate, maintain, and improve the Site and marketplace features
• Route inquiries and leads to the appropriate partner dealer when you request contact
• Respond to partner applications and provide contracted professional services
• Monitor security, prevent fraud, and enforce our Terms
• Send administrative messages and, where permitted, marketing about Cesspool services
• Comply with legal obligations and protect our rights

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

• Partner dealers — when you submit a lead, request information about a listing, or otherwise ask to be connected to a dealer listed on the Site.
• Service providers — hosting, email, analytics, database (including Convex), and project-delivery vendors under confidentiality obligations.
• Legal & safety — when required by law, subpoena, or to protect users, partners, or Cesspool.
• Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, subject to continued protection consistent with this Policy.

Dealer partner websites (for example independent storefronts we host) may have their own privacy policies. When you leave cesspower.com, that dealer's policy governs on their site.

Cookies & analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies for session management, preferences, security, and to understand how the Site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling cookies may limit certain features. We may use privacy-conscious analytics to measure traffic and feature usage.

Data retention

We retain information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described here, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and comply with law. Lead and inquiry data may be retained in our systems and shared with the relevant dealer. Partner client data retention is defined in individual service agreements.

Your choices & rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information we hold about you, or to opt out of certain processing. Virginia residents may have rights under the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (VCDPA). California residents may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), including the right to know, delete, and correct personal information, and to opt out of sale or sharing (we do not sell personal information).

Children

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date will change when we do. Material changes may be communicated through the Site or by email where appropriate.
